IMPORTANT
➡ Dual Agency Transactions: If the agent is closing both sides of the transaction, it is important to note that they will be charged the full price for two separate transactions, without any discounts applied.
➡ Billing Process For Teams Or Brokerages Utilizing Compliance Service Only: Brokerages or teams that utilize the Broker Compliance service for their agents will receive a consolidated bill for the total amount of compliance services initiated within a month. This approach simplifies the brokerage’s accounting process and provides a clear overview of their monthly admin expenses.

We’ll handle the paperwork with a smile, connect your client with reliable contractors to help them spruce up their place, coordinate the photography, and ensure your listing shines on the MLS. Basic Listing: Introducing our streamlined paperwork support service for listings, perfect for those seeking a simplified approach! With our basic listing support, we'll take care of all the necessary paperwork, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. While it may not include the full array of services like our complete listing package, our dedicated support will still provide you with the peace of mind that comes with professional paperwork handling. Keep your focus on clients while we take care of the small stuff.
IMPORTANT:
➡ Turnaround Time for Listing Preparation: The standard processing time for listing preparation is typically two business days. An expedited service option is available for those requiring a one business day turnaround, at an additional rush fee of $50.
➡ Responsibility for Listing Activation: It is the responsibility of the listing agent to verify that all the information entered on the MLS is accurate before the listing is activated. Once the listing is activated on the MLS, it will be considered as having been approved by the licensee.
➡ Responsibility for Managing Offers: The listing agent has exclusive responsibility for managing offers. For liability reasons, the Handoff does not collect, present, or negotiate offers. Once the seller chooses an offer, the listing agent may forward the winning offer to the transaction coordinator to obtain the seller's signatures.
➡Seller leads must be fully captured and ready to list within 2 weeks of the Real Estate Agent submitting a New Transaction Form to the Transaction Coordinator. The Transaction Coordinator will follow up with the seller lead for 1 week until they sign the listing agreement. If they are unresponsive or hesitating to sign, the Real Estate Agent will be responsible for following up with the seller to make sure they are in fact ready to list and ensure the listing agreement gets signed.
WHOLESALE COORDINATING
Wholesale Coordinating: Get ready to revolutionize your wholesale game with our one-of-a-kind wholesale coordinating service! Our dedicated wholesale coordinating service is all about adding an extra layer of professionalism and organization to your deals. We take the lead in communication with buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth journey to the closing table.
IMPORTANT
➡ Agents utilizing Handoff’s Wholesale Coordinating service MUST hold an active Oklahoma real estate license and have consent from their broker to wholesale.
➡Wholesalers utilizing our coordinating service are required to have a contract clause explicitly stating their ability to assign the contract to a third party, ability to publicly market the property for sale prior to close, and have a clearly defined due diligence period which serves as their opportunity to find a buyer for the property. It also needs to disclosed that the member of your LLC is licensed and include the licensees license number. If the wholesaler is charging a transaction fee to the buyer or seller, it needs to say so in the contract. It is crucial that wholesalers adhere to this requirement in order to ensure a smooth transaction process.
➡ If a wholesaler's contract with a seller necessitates the deposit of earnest money, it is of utmost importance that the wholesaler fulfills this obligation by actually submitting the required funds to the title company. Additionally, the contract should outline the potential ramifications, including forfeiture of earnest money in the event of a breach by the wholesaler. We prioritize transparency, integrity, and compliance in all transactions we facilitate.
